FACILITY Premises are 40,000sq. ft. with 2.5 Acres of Yard Area/Storage, Work Bays are 25ft to under Cranage x 200ft Long, (3 off), Plus Machining and Preparation Shops. We have 12 off O/H Cranes to 30 ton Capacity, Outside Cranage to 15 tonnes Capacity ( Mobile). Steel Stock carried 200 tonnes plus credit facility of £250k. |

CNC PROFILE CUTTING
Our Profiling Division, as well as supplying our own fabrication section, also offers an excellent service to Companies requiring profiled blanks from 1 off to 10000 off. All of our flame cutting programs are generated through the latest CAD/CAM systems, and are downloaded via DNC links to ensure optimum material usage and the highest standard of accuracy. FABRICATION Jobs can be planned from customers’ drawings or imported directly into our CAD system either in DWG format (AUTOCAD) or via DXF conversion, and our fabrication techniques enable us to undertake One-off, Batch, and Production Line quantities. Lower volume fabrications are built from Machine Bed Plates, and Production Line quantities are built using Jigs and Fixtures to ensure consistency and accuracy, and are welded using the latest MIG or electric arc equipment. |
